Each squad has a designated Mama Birb. The other members act as Fledglings. Each type of bird has its own tasks:

Mama Birb can	Fledglings can
Talk in voice chat. Make pretty much every decision for the whole squad. "Feed" weapons, gernades, and streaks to squad members.	Ping in game... aka chirping. follow the Mama Birb's directions. Pick up weapons and other stuff that Mama Birb has dropped for you. Grab things that can Auto Pickup

The winner is the top-placing flock over a certain number of matches. Mama Birb rotates each match. Each member in a squad will have a single chance to be Mama. Three members therefore = three games. Winner gets to rename the TS channel currently named Sword-Rex [BR].
