Default Screen freeze when going into battle

    Hi people,
As some of you already know, there is some sort of 'bugg' that I'm facing within WT way to many times and far too long now. I've made a 'Request' for support. Got some reply's but nothing that helps for now at least. I also made a report at the community center:
    https://community.gaijin.net/issues/...i/fIsOy2jjUpcb
But without ANY help / reply's.

I don't know what to do anymore exept that if this presist, I dislike to play..... and I REALLY dislike to not be a relyable squibs / team mate.

Does any of you know what to do or have a good suggestion, maybe 'spamm' Gaijin with support that this have to be solved asap?
    Thanks

----------Article I posted with the 'bug' explained--------

Half of the time I try to jump into a battle and than when WT loads the next screen I get a black screen. Sometimes I hear people playing, sometimes not. When freeze occure, 1/3 of the times I have to hard restart my mac as all freeze (holding power button 10 sec). I did install latest patches and try to 'repair' the game like the help pages tell me, I also reinstalled the game but no results.. I also try other network (my wifi and phone network can easy handle the load). This issue is going / getting worse on for almost a moth now.

But like this, loads of times when playing with team mates (squibs etc) or they have to do without me OR (when I am lucky) I can 'force quit' the game, wait 10 sec and reload and join them MUCH later in battle ofcourse so they cannot rely on me and that (and not being able to play) is VERY anoying / unplayable.

My clog file is from today, I didn't play yet, yesterday was the last crash.
    Please help!

I have no idea about mac's or how they work. I assume you reinstalled vid drivers or tried a different driver. Reinstalled the game? Reinstalled the mac os? If all else fails trash the mac and get a windows pc.

You have my sincere compassion on the matter, tracking down glitches/malfunctions between hardware/software is a real nightmare and demoralizing for the gaming hobby. The first thing to investigate, is this isolated to your machine or are other gamers having similar issues. For us to really dig into this, you should post your system specs. What machine, and each major component. I had an issue a couple months ago with WT BSOD'ing me randomly after a couple matches. Windows was kind enough to point at a memory error. After running memtest painstakingly on each stick of ram, I had 1 stick that was crapping out. Replaced the pair in the associated channel, all was well again. I consider myself lucky I didn't have to go further down the rabbit hole.

Your issue, based on description, sounds very much like a GPU issue so far. As others recommended, you may have to do a driver dance. Often it isn't always the best option to have the latest and greatest drivers. I actually track my major driver versions on a note pad, just because occasionally a combination of drivers may not work well together or sometimes not properly debugged on its own. Stepping back a version or doing a system restore to an early version of OS/driver installs that you know is stable, is sometimes the best option. Feed us as much info as you can. The WT community will likely be more helpful than Gaijin, as if it isn't a more widespread issue, they are likely going to give you generic feedback, like update your drivers and say a few prayers.

    Hello!

Please note that when you keep updating your ticket, it keeps moving down the list and we do not see your notification, which only increases the time of our answer.

Please wait for an answer in your bug report. Due to an increased number of requests, it may take a while.

Thank you for your patience in advance.

    Best regards,

    I would suggest you either:

    1. Make a win10 partition and run game-VoIP through this OS. (Understandably this could not be that easy since its a MacBook)

    2. Buy or utilize an external SSD.

And i am sorry to tell you but as stated in official forums:

    https://forum.warthunder.com/index.p...3-mac-freezes/
    https://community.gaijin.net/issues/...i/AaE0C6JLGwz1
    https://forum.warthunder.com/index.p...ly-unplayable/

War thunder has issues on MacOs and i seriously doubt there will be an answer with a proper solution anytime soon.

Keep us posted and hope you sort it out ASAP buddy!

    Yeah I know,
I do found out that it will be resolved when deleting / changing the 'cache'. But before I will do so, I first am finding out how instead of making things worse hehe.
Thank you for trying to help

Finally, after weeks of being irritated and talking to people at the Gaijijn issues web, I got someone pointing me out to this:

    https://community.gaijin.net/issues/...GgtpAgSCvP3NfG

I've played a few matches / hours and NO crash anymore yeeeeeey
It wan't that easy (for me) to find the right files but after deleting them, no more screen freeze!! whoop whoop
