    Default War Asset Policy

This is the division's policy on the accessibility of War Assets, this post will explain the do's and dont's of the outfits War Assets and what the in-game ranks have staggered access to.

    Ranks

There is a rank called Full Member Plus, this is to be given to people who are Pvt+ and have proved themselves to the clan and can be trusted with access to the War Assets. The rank allows craft and use permission for generic assets (facility modules/ANVIL) and reserved assets (orbital strike, citadel shield, steel rain, Colossus). The regular Full Member rank, which Rct's and Cdt's will hold, will have craft and use permissions for the generic assets.

With all of that being said there is 1 more in-game rank we have made called Member on Time-Out which is a full member rank with no access to War Assets. If we find a person is using the assets in excess or irresponsibility, then they will be taken away from them until we decide if they deserve to have the access to the assets given back to them. To avoid being placed on this time-out rank there are some guidelines below which should help you understand how to appropriately use the war assets.

    Rules

    1. The war assets are a shared resource and not your personal piggy bank

This is shared with all members of the division, which is a good chunk of 300 people, so keep that in mind when you want to OS that sundy.

    2. When using war assets look at the number of resources we as an outfit are bringing in

So, for example, if we are bringing in 13+ green, 5+ blue, and 1.6+ purple then sure you can fire away as we are making enough to offset that OS you want to use, however, if we are making 1+ green, 0 blue and 0 purple then maybe stay off the assets for now and cap some bases as using them would be a waste of outfit resources.

    3. Reserved War Assets should be used in a platoon and by the platoon lead or with their permission

The War Assets are for the benefit of the outfit and the platoons are the lifeblood of this division. Usage of War Assets should be used by the platoon leader for the benefit of the platoon, you should not use them at 2 AM for your private squad of 3 as we will be able to see it in the logs.

    4. Reserved War Assets should only be used & crafted by the NCO PL/FC during and immediately before Ops

During Ops only the PLs should be using War Assets with permission from the FC. Ops is where we do multi platoons and having good access to the assets has a really good effect on us as an outfit, if someone is found to be breaking this rule then it's a fast track to being put on time-out.

    5. If an NCO warns you to cut down on War Asset use it's a good idea to listen

We will give people at least 1 warning before we put them on the time-out rank.

    6. If you are unsure feel free to ask any NCO

    Armory Distribution

The following is the proper loadout for armory weight distribution, craft war assets pursuant to this guideline.

    A.N.V.I.L. [Light] 5/48
    A.N.V.I.L. [Medium] 2/12
    A.N.V.I.L. [Heavy] 6/6
    Orbital Mining Drill 0/2
    Steel Rain 3/4
    Citadel Shield 1/3
    Orbital Strike 1/2
    Colossus Heavy Tank 1/4

Full compliment of Facility Modules. To avoid wasting auraxium do not craft modules if there is not room for the 5 that are crafted at a time. If we are short on auraxium, hold off on crafting facility modules to ensure available resources to craft A.N.V.I.L.
