COD Division Meeting Summary

1. Cross-Platform

• We are going to be moving to open the division to console players before the release of MW2-2022
• Console owning members will be held to the same standard as members on PC when it comes to TS/Form activity
• Yes, they can do teamspeak on their phone via a paid app
• No change has been made yet, but we will be looking to update our division rules to match this goal. Platform V. Platform and Mouse and Keyboard V. Controller conversations will be highly suggested against. we do NOT need toxicity to grow from this.

2. Slight changes to Division Rules

• The Behavior section originally covered content already covered by rule 12 in the COC. We changed it to meet current behavior patterns in our division hitting on behaviors that many members take issue with.
• New Rule: Behavior: Be respectful to those in game, this includes but is not limited to: making sure you are not interrupting game communication with voice or TS notifications during intense moments, reduction of hot-micing, and/or asking members to switch modes/games more than once.
  
  If a member in game says "break" this means that all non-essential callouts should stop for a few moments. This is to increase game awareness and reduce toxicity from people being able to blame fight loses on distraction.

3. Officer Shifting

• There have been some officers needing to step down that has caused us to need to rearrange so that all members are fully aware, the changes are as follows:
  Nocturnals - PL= saipan45, SL= Aeryes.
  Hellraisers - PL= rushB, SL= TheJesseh.
  Ancient - PL(acting)= Flames, SL= TripDaAlien, and Lone Wolf. This squad is all trainers, so will be watched closely by RogueHunter and I.

4. Platoon Wars

5. Teamspeak

• We are going to start enforcing joining TS while in game. Recently there have been may warnings given, regardless of frequency and compliance. Officers will now be taking this a bit more seriously and submitting an official violation report if you are a huge repeat offender, or fail to comply when reminded.
• I know that almost everyone wants to make the move to discord. however, that is not exactly a decision we can make alone as a division. And uprooting the clan and moving will take some time since we like most solutions to be home made, and therefore probably more secure. Until the decision is made at the clan level and preparations are made, we will have to continue to use TeamSpeak. and it is not necessarily free. You ARE NOT required to donate to keep the teamspeak up and running. but if you would want to it is an option. here
